Found in a massive photographers estate that was located next to the Clear water County Courthouse for over 65 years. George Filmier. Even more limited, there were a handful of his war era photographs that we able to save. Also a Navy enlisted photographer during WW2.

Being in the same location next to Clear water courthouse for over half a century, he was also entrusted with and ted many photographs that go back late 1800s were left behind are currently our collection. Much of the contents from estate were taken by historical society before we asked to go inside. The photos that are being offered here, were well preserved, found inside the home and studio, in a cool, dry, cellar type setting. Parts of the collection are being held together by estate for exhibition purposes in future.
